The students had to select a charity to raise money for, and devise at least one method of doing this.

The Pembrokeshire College A Level students had a series of meetings to discuss whichcharity to support, the allocation of roles, the marketing strategies, Health & Safety issues, planning timescales and detailing how the money would be raised.

The students decided to put on fancy dress and visit classrooms and staff offices to bothcollect donations and to sell raffle tickets for a Xmas hamper they had all donated goods for. Key members of staff were contacted by students e.g. the H & S officer, the Principal, the Finance officer and the Marketing department.

After the event an article was published about it in the local paper and a giant cheque was presented to the Noah's Ark Appeal.
