The materials below were initially developed by a WBQ coordinator to develop his team's skills as personal tutors or learning coaches.They are designed to be used in conjunction with each other. The PowerPoint presentation is annotated to help the trainer deliver it successfully.

• Learning Coach
  A PowerPoint presentation created to train teachers delivering the WBQ.
  The learning coach/personal tutor plays a key role in the success of the Welsh Bac student. An important feature of WBQ is helping students to become more confident and independent learners. The help and support they get from their personal tutor or learning coach is crucial to this.
