To check whether a qualification meets the necessary “equivalence” centres should go to the following link :
http://www.accreditedqualifications.org.uk/index.aspx

The full title of the qualification or the QAN  (Qualification Accreditation Number) will be required. Once the relevant qualification is identified, the  performance figures that relate to the level 1, 2 or 3 thresholds are used to determine the relative  equivalence e.g. four GCSEs are equivalent to 80%. If you cannot find a performance figure relating to a  qualification then please contact Neil Owens to get clarification.

The ‘Profile of Results Anticipated This Summer’ (PRATS) will be send to centres in March. The information provided is extremely important in helping WJEC to aggregate and award the correct results. Failure to respond, may result in the incorrect results being issued on August 14th (Advanced Diploma) and August 21st (Intermediate and Foundation).
