This activity will enable a teacher to show pupils how to design a simple sandwich using a range of breads and fillings.

Pupils must then comment on four areas for evaluation: taste, smell, appearance and texture.

Although this should be done as a practical task as well, this online activity will allow teachers to talk through the process and enable pupils to see the relationship between design and evaluation.
