This resource pack is designed to provide a range of activities to support the teaching of numbers that are greater than, less than and equal to.
It should enable pupils to:
- understand and use the terms greater than, less than and equal to
- understand the corresponding symbols >, < and =
- be able to use these symbols and terms in an appropriate context
Included are a selection of supporting worksheets that can be adapted to suit the age range of the pupils being taught.
This resource pack will address the following national curriculum areas:
