Outline of activity | |

Children take a photograph of a member of staff or another child using a digital camera. They then use this image to copy it into an art package. The pupils can then use the skills they have previously learnt from using the art package to draw over the digital image. These can then be displayed. This activity allows the pupils to experiment with using the digital camera and to practice using the art package in a fun way. | |

Discuss with the pupils how they achieved certain effects and why they chose certain tools. Discuss the advantages or disadvantages of using the digital camera. | |
