This lesson introduces pupils to the techniques used in newspaper reporting. Pupils will get the opportunity to analyse a story and write their own report, using a photo library. They will be asked to insert their reports into a newspaper template. This lesson fulfils numerous aspects of the KS2 English curriculum, especially the parts of En2 Reading and En3 Writing relating to non-fiction and non-literary texts.
