For nearly half a century, Arthur Bickerton ran an old-fashioned ironmongery in Taffs Well. He announced his retirement at the age of 92.
His store was an Aladdin's cave of treasures of a bygone era. This unit includes a biography, an investigation into some items found in the store, and a poetry-writing activity.
