The first part of this activity asks the pupils to identify modern and Victorian items that they may have come across in the course of a school day. The first page allows the pupils to discover information about the artefacts by pointing at them on the board, the second page asks the pupils to drag the items to either a modern or Victorian area. Subsequent pages give extracts from a Victorian school log (diary) and a final page allows the pupils to write onto a compare/contrast table for discussion.
