This activity introduces warm and cold colours to the pupils. It gives visual examples of pictures that use cold colours (blue, green and purple) and pictures that use warm colours (red, yellow and orange). Pupils look at the pictures and decide how the colours make them feel (warm or cold). Pupils are then able to sort warm and cold colours in an interactive game. Activities are then suggested for teachers to follow up the work with practical classroom activities where the pupils paint cold and warm pictures.
