Lesson Materials

A series of activities focusing on the process of investigating, designing, making and evaluating when preparing burgers.
Activity for pupils to think about and investigate bread and sandwiches using photographs and teacher-led discussion.
Design a sandwich using a range of breads and fillings, comment on four areas for evaluation: taste, smell, appearance and texture.
