The Clicker 5 package consists of:

• Saint David – Book 1 – Choose a Picture. A simple interactive reading book which has ready prepared text and the facility to choose a matching picture to put in the empty ‘box’.

• Saint David - Sentences 1. Simple sentence construction by clicking on the words in the correct order. The words can be heard as they are clicked on and pasted into the writing box, and checked by clicking with the left mouse button. To be used alongside Saint David – Book 1 – Choose a Picture.

• Saint David – Book 2 – Choose a Text. A grid set to be used alongside Saint David - Sentences 2 below, to creat a talking book. It requres additional skills and is therefore more taxing than Saint David - Book 1 – Choose a Picture.

• Saint David - Sentences 2. A resource to use alongside Saint David – Book 2 – Choose a Text  above. Pupils can build sentences about Saint David by clicking on the words seen on the screen thus creating a simple story about Saint David.

• Saint David - Vocabulary. This grid set concentrates on developing and strengthening speaking and listening skills, by offering pupils extended practice in remembering words and responding correctly to questions, both by recording their own voices and writing their answers via pop-up writing grids.

The SwitchIt Maker 2 file consists of:

• Saint David  - This is an on-screen talking book about Saint David which is switch accessible. It has a little more detail in it than the Clicker 5 story books and the story is spoken as each page is accessed. It can be used to inform the activities in the Clicker 5 units. Each page can be printed out to make a paper version of the book.
