Title:

Creating a child-centred environment

Authored by:
NGfL Cymru
This resource explores the type of environment in which young children learn best, and describes how adult carers can provide an appropriate environment.

The term ;child-centred environment; is defined and scenarios are used to illustrate best-practice examples in different contexts such as developmental needs, special needs, play, positive attitudes, safety and security, and appreciation of the child’s surroundings.
