Outline of the activity
Pupils worked as a group using musical instruments to add sound effects to the whole class reading of the story.

Rationale
The computer helps with experimentation with sound and enables rapid changes to be made.
Result
The story and its accompanying music was recorded and provided a good source of discussion for the class.
