A series of 19 learning units, 15 aimed at Level 1 students and 4 aimed at Level 2 students. The English Level 1 units equate to Scottish Access Level 3. The Level 2 units equate to Scottish Intermediate Levels 1 and 2. All of the learning units have audio facilities. Visually impaired users will be able to enjoy the learning units using a Jaws screenreader. Users who have difficulty using a mouse can access the learning units using their keyboard. Each of the units is a self-contained module of learning. The Level 1 units are designed to take the learner no more than 15 minutes to complete. Level 2 units should take the user no more than 20 minutes to complete. All of the learning units include a range of interactive elements to enhance learning and enjoyment. The quiz units are recommended for use as diagnostic tools, or as revision aids. The learning units may be used as part of a group classroom activity, or as part of the individual study programme of the learner.
