In this unit the learner looks at how and when to fill in the internal Sunnydale accident book. They also look at what types of accidents and incidents need to be reported under RIDDOR. The learner completes a case study where they help Taj, one of the leisure attendants, to fill in the accident book after an accident at the facility. They also have to decide whether to report the accident in the case study under RIDDOR.
