In preparation for establishing a successful fundraising event to support a charity, this activity allows students to consider the relationship between enterprise and social purpose.

They are provided with opportunities to consider how rational and emotional approaches (heads verses hearts) might affect decision making and enterprise activity.

Students participate in seven activities:
Why must charity be an enterprise?
How do we make informed decisions?
How can we fund raise?
How can we plan our fun-raising activities?
How do we get our message heard?
How do we make it successful?
How could we make it better next time?

Throughout all the activities in this pack, students can access supporting background information by visiting the Reference Room at the Enterprise Agency on the CD Rom.
