PDG - Rhondda Cynon Taff
Cynnig 2008-09
Oherwydd yr anawsterau a brofwyd gan Blant sy’n Derbyn Gofal a chanlyniadau amlwg datblygiad lefelau llythrennedd hwyr, y farn oedd y byddai cyflwyno prosiect ymyrraeth llythrennedd yn ddefnyddiol. Bydd y prosiect hwn felly’n targedu’r Plant sy’n Derbyn Gofal gyda’r angen mwyaf i’w galluogi i dderbyn lefel uwch o gymorth na’r hyn a geir trwy wasanaethau generig.
Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gynllunio i ddiwallu anghenion unigolion gan ddefnyddio strategaethau a fabwysiadwyd gan Wasanaeth Cymorth Dysgu’r Awdurdod ac adeiladu ar y ddarpariaeth gyfredol.
Yn achos y disgyblion hynny gyda’r anawsterau mwyaf difrifol defnyddir Prosiect Darllen Cumbria ac sydd wedi’i gyflwyno gan yr Awdurdod fel prosiect cydweithredol gyda’r Gwasanaeth Cymorth Dysgu a’r Gwasanaeth Addysg a Seicoleg Plant.
Bydd y Cynorthwyydd Cymorth Dysgu’n cael ei hyfforddi i weinyddu’r defnyddiau hyn a bydd yn cael ei fonitro a’i oruchwylio.
Bydd asesiadau ar ôl ymyriad yn edrych ar fesurau ehangach na darllen e.e. agweddau at ddarllen a dysgu, ymgysylltu â gweithgareddau dysgu a chyfraniad gofalwyr at ddysgu darllen.
